What does a 3 month commitment entail?

When you sign up as a member you are committing to 3 month contract where you are agreeing to the monthly rate in exchange for the agreed upon terms for 3 months starting from the date you purchase.

What happens to unused hours?

Creator Pass – Unused hours does not roll over, so be sure to schedule your time before your month resets!

All Access Pass – Rollover unused hours, up to 10 banked at a time.

Lofthaus Pro Pass - Rollover unused hours, up to 16 banked at a time.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that the canceled membership will take effect for the next month. Once membership is canceled unused hours will no longer be available.

Can I give my hours to someone else?

No. Hours can only be redeemed by the member who registered to receive them. You may use your hours to schedule sessions for you and your clients.

Can I use my hours for events/workshops?

No. Events and workshops will need to be booked separately.
